If your order hasnāt been fulfilled yet, you may be able to cancel it directly through your order status page, which is linked in your order confirmation email.
š How to check if your order is eligible for cancellation:
- Open the order confirmation email you received from Rejuveen.
- Click on the "Visit your order status page" link included in the email.
- On the status page, log in using your email address and order number.
- If your order has not yet been fulfilled, youāll see an option to Cancel.
- Click āCancelā to stop the order from being processed.
ā ļø IMPORTANT: If your order has already been fulfilled or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. In that case, please refer to our Refund and Cancellations Policy for details about handling fulfilled orders.
