If your order hasn’t been fulfilled yet, you may be able to cancel it directly through your personal order status page. This page is linked in your order confirmation email and allows you to manage your order easily.
🛒 Steps to Cancel Your Order:
- Open the confirmation email you received from Rejuveen.
- Click the link that says “Visit your order status page.”
- Log in using your email address and order number.
- If your order has not yet been fulfilled, you’ll see a Cancel button.
- Click Cancel to stop the order from being processed.
⚠️ Important: If your order has already been fulfilled or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. Please refer to our Refunds and Cancellations policy for the next steps.
