You received this email because the card saved for your Rejuveen subscription is due to expire soon. Updating it helps keep your next subscription order on schedule.
Please note: This reminder comes before a payment fails. Receiving it does not mean your payment has been declined. Updating your card does not change anything else about your subscription.
How to Update Your Card
1. Open the Reminder Email
Select Update My Card or Update My Payment Info.
2. Verify Your Subscription, if Prompted
If you are not signed in, you will see Please Verify Your Subscription. Enter the one-time code emailed to you. No password is needed.
If you are already signed in to your Rejuveen account, you will go directly to Select Subscription.
3. Select Your Subscription and Update Your Payment Method
Choose the subscription you want to update. Follow the instructions in How Do I Change My Subscription Payment Method? to complete the update.
Subscription payment details: Make this change within your subscription portal. Updating payment details in your account Profile may not update the card used for your active subscription.
Why Did I Receive Another Reminder?
You may receive a second reminder six days after the first. It is skipped if you cancel your subscription or a subscription order successfully processes after the first email.
If your card expires and a payment fails, you will move into the payment-recovery process. Follow the instructions in your payment-recovery email.
