How to Cancel Your Subscription
To cancel your subscription, first log in to your Rejuveen Subscription account.
Once logged in, navigate to your subscription details page under Subscription on the left panel and scroll to the bottom. There, you’ll find the "Cancel Subscription" option. Click on it to proceed with the cancellation.
Once you select the option to cancel your subscription, you will be prompted to confirm your cancellation request.
Confirming Your Subscription Cancellation
After selecting "Cancel Subscription", make sure to complete the cancellation process fully. Continue through the prompts until you see a confirmation message indicating that your subscription has been successfully canceled.
Verifying Your Subscription Cancellation
To ensure that your subscription has been successfully canceled, refresh the page after completing the process. Your subscription status will now display as "Cancelled".
You will also receive an email notification confirming the cancellation. This serves as a record that your subscription will no longer be renewed.

Adjusting Your Subscription Without Cancelling
If you don’t want to cancel your subscription entirely, you have flexible options to manage your deliveries. You can choose to skip your next order, which will delay your shipment by 1 month, or pause your subscription indefinitely until you're ready to resume.
These options allow you to adjust your delivery schedule while keeping your subscription active.
How to Reactivate Your Subscription
If you have previously canceled your subscription and would like to restart it, click on "Reactivate Subscription" in your account. Your subscription will resume once reactivated, and you will receive future orders accordingly.
When you select "Reactivate Subscription", a confirmation prompt will appear to finalize the reactivation of your previous subscription order.
Before reactivating, you can adjust the quantity of bottles to suit your needs. However, if you need to modify the frequency of your shipments, please refer to our guide on How to Edit Your Subscription.
Note: Reactivating your subscription will automatically set the next charge date to the following day.
