Does the Manufacturing Date Mean the Product Is “Old”?
No. Supplements are not like perishable food items. The manufacturing date simply indicates when the product was produced.
What matters is that the product is within its expiry date and has been stored under appropriate conditions. When these conditions are met, the product remains safe and effective throughout its shelf life.

Why Don’t Some Bottles Show an Expiry Date?
In some cases, bottles may display only a manufacturing date and lot number. The lot number allows us to track the exact production batch and determine the corresponding shelf life.

When Should I Be Concerned?
